This is a liquid formulation prepared with a biodegradable thermally-induced polymer and temperature/stress reduction agents for retention in tissue engineering applications (e.g. cellular cardiomyoplasty). This technology allows solidification of an adhesive matrix at physiological temperatures for delivery of therapeutics in a minimally invasive modality.
